Our repair policy is designed to address any technical issues with your service.

We offer a complimentary repair service for specific issues within a set timeframe from your original appointment date.

• Gel, Dip Powder, & Gelx Services: 7-Day Guarantee

 This guarantee applies to issues related to the application of the product, resulting in chipping, lifting, or peeling. 

If you experience the following within the guarantee timeframe, we will repair the specific nail(s) at no cost:

• Lifting: The enhancement (gel, dip, or acrylic) is visibly lifting from the natural nail bed.
• Chipping: Significant chips in the polish or enhancement that are not the result of external trauma.
• Peeling: The gel polish layer is peeling off the enhancement or natural nail.
• Breaks: A crack or break in the acrylic or dip powder enhancement that occurs with normal wear.

Please Note: Repairs will be for the original color and design. If you wish to change the color or nail art, you will be charged the standard price for a polish change or design work.

Our repair policy does not cover issues caused by client factors, including:

• Changing Your Mind: Deciding you dislike the color or nail art after your service is complete.
• Accidental Damage: Breakage, cracks, or chips resulting from accidents, improper use of your nails (e.g., using them as tools), or engaging in heavy-duty activities.
• Normal Wear & Tear: Fading or dulling of the polish over time.
• Chemical Damage: Discoloration or damage caused by contact with chemicals, lotions, or products (e.g., bleach, sunscreen, tanning oils, makeup).
• Length Reduction: We cannot repair a nail if you have significantly filed it down or shortened it yourself, as this can break the top coat's seal.
• Repairs on another salon's work.

Any repairs needed for issues not covered by our policy will be charged at our standard nail repair rate.
