Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Once we receive your request, we will confirm via email, phone call (972-807-9193)

If you require an appointment within the next day, please call 972-807-9193 directly. For requests involving two or more people, please use the “Special Request” box to provide the total number of guests, their names, and the services required. There’s no need to send a separate email for additional information.

To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly ask for your understanding of the following policies:

• If you miss an appointment, cancel late, or make last-minute changes to your appointment twice, a deposit will be required for future bookings. This deposit will be applied toward your service but will become non-refundable in the event of a no-show, late cancellation, or last-minute change.
• Appointments are subject to change, rescheduling, or cancellation if we don’t hear from you within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. If you’re running late, please notify us promptly by phone 972-807-9193.
